PRIVACY & CONSUMER PROTECTION POLICY

SilverBridge Care Advisors ("the Agency") is committed to protecting the privacy, dignity, and confidential of the personal health and financial information of the seniors, families, and authorized legal representatives we serve across the state of Nevada and Michigan and comply with all applicable federal, Nevada, and Michigan privacy and confidentiality laws, including laws governing protected health information and personal data.

1. Collection of Personal and Health Information
To successfully coordinate placements in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Independent Living, and Residential Care Homes, we collect relevant information regarding the elder's care needs, medical diagnoses, physical limitations, cognitive health, geographic preferences, and generalized budget parameters.

2. Strict Prohibition on Selling Data
In strict compliance with Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) § 449.1145, the Agency will never sell, trade, rent, or commercially lease the personal information, contact phone numbers, email addresses, or medical details of an aged individual or their family representative to third-party marketing companies, advertisers, or outside data brokers. 

3. Authorized Information Sharing
An individual's or representative's personal health profile is shared strictly with credentialed Nevada care facilities for the explicit purpose of screening care suitability. We do not transmit records or contact information to any housing provider without first securing your explicit verbal, written, or recorded consent.

4. Data Security and Record Storage
All client intakes, needs assessments, and placement contracts are secured on encrypted local servers or locked physical storage systems located in Nevada. Under state law, these files are permanently maintained for a mandatory minimum period of three (3) years from the date services terminate.

5. Consumer Rights & Opt-Out
Seniors and their legal representatives maintain the absolute right to review collected file notes or request the immediate cessation of facility outreach.
